Alberta Alpine Spring Planning Meeting, May 26

The Alberta Alpine Spring Planning Meeting will be held Saturday, May 26th at Snow Valley Day Lodge from 10:00 am – 2:15 pm.

The goals of the meeting are as follows:
• AASA management will provide programming updates
• Vote on the proposed bylaw change to 2.2 (if a member of your club's board will not be attending, please appoint a proxy in writing to vote). Click here for more information.
• Introduce the most recent draft of the Alberta Alpine 2012-13 competition calendar
• Have all meeting attendees participate in breakout groups to share their feedback on the issues attached
